Terms of use
Version 2026-10-v2 · in effect from 12 October 2026
1. About these Terms
1.1 These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between Telluric Solutions Ltd. (company no. 517365748) ("snaper", "we", "us") and the organization or person that opens a snaper account ("Organizer", "you").
1.2 You accept these Terms by ticking the acceptance box when you open an account, or when you finish creating an account with Google sign-in. If you accept on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to bind it.
1.3 The Privacy Policy and the Data Processing Addendum (Schedule A) form part of these Terms.
1.4 These Terms are written in Hebrew and English. If the two versions differ, the Hebrew version prevails.
2. Definitions
- "Service": the snaper website and software for planning corporate events: event sites, registration, event codes, the public catalog, personal attendee pages, programs, pickup points, check-in, seating, and sending invitations and reminders by WhatsApp and email.
- "Attendee": a person whose details are entered into, or collected through, the Service for your event. This includes company coordinators and venue staff who receive links from you.
- "Attendee Data": personal data about Attendees processed in the Service.
- "Event Content": everything you or your team put into the Service. This includes event pages, programs, images, message texts, attendee lists, and the choice of recipients and timing.
- "Messages": WhatsApp messages, emails and links sent or generated through the Service on your instruction.
- "Channels": the third-party services that carry Messages, such as Meta / WhatsApp, email delivery providers, and the recipient's mail or phone provider.
- "Plan": the trial (free) plan or a paid plan, as described on the billing screen when you buy.
3. What snaper is, and what it is not
3.1 snaper is a tool that helps Organizers run their own events. You decide:
- whether to hold an event;
- what its pages say;
- whom you invite;
- what you send, to whom and when.
3.2 snaper is not the organizer, host or producer of any event. It is not a party to the relationship between you and your Attendees, client companies, speakers, venues or transport providers. It is not responsible for the event itself: cancellations, changes, safety, catering, transport, or what is said or done there.
3.3 The Service changes over time. We may add, change or remove features. If a change materially reduces a paid feature you bought, section 17 applies.
4. Your account
4.1 The Service is intended for business use. It is for organizations, and for people acting for an organization in the course of their business, who are at least 18. If you use it as a consumer, section 19.3 applies.
4.2 Give accurate account details and keep them current.
4.3 Keep your sign-in details secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. That includes team members you invite, coordinator, share and venue links you create, and event codes you issue. Each of those links gives access to the holder without a password. Share them only with people who need them, and revoke them when no longer needed.
4.4 Tell us promptly at support@telluric.solutions if you suspect unauthorized access.
5. Your responsibilities as Organizer
5.1 Sender of record. You are the sender of every Message sent through your account, and the advertiser where a Message is an advertisement. This holds whether a Message goes out immediately, on a schedule, as an automatic reminder, or through a link you send yourself. snaper transmits Messages on your instruction as your service provider.
5.2 Controller of Attendee Data. You are the owner of the database of your Attendee Data (the controller). You decide why and how it is used. snaper processes it on your behalf under Schedule A.
5.3 Event Content. You are solely responsible for Event Content: its accuracy, its legality, and that you have the rights to it (for example to images and logos you upload).
5.4 Accuracy of lists. You are responsible for the accuracy of names, phone numbers, email addresses and other details you import or enter, and for choosing the right recipients.
5.5 Prior consent and lawful basis. Before you import or enter a person's details, and again before you send to them, you must verify both of the following:
- you have a lawful basis to use those details for the event;
- the person has given any prior consent required by law to receive the Message, including under section 30A of the Communications (Telecommunications and Broadcasts) Law, 5742-1982 ("Spam Law").
You must keep evidence of that consent and give it to us on request.
5.6 Notice to Attendees. You must tell Attendees what the law requires when you collect their details: who you are, why you collect the details, whether giving them is mandatory, and to whom they are passed (including snaper as your service provider). snaper's public registration page shows a default notice. That notice does not replace your obligation.
5.7 Removal requests. If someone asks not to receive Messages from you, you must stop sending to them promptly. The Service stops Messages automatically to people who unsubscribe by link, reply "STOP" on WhatsApp or use "Stop messages" on their personal page. Requests you receive in any other way you must apply yourself.
5.8 Sensitive details. Collect dietary, allergy and accessibility details only where you need them for the event. Share links that show them only with people who need them.
5.9 Verify before you send. The Service lets you preview pages and Messages, and send test Messages to yourself (on every plan, including the trial). Before each real send you must check:
- the recipient list;
- the Message text, links, dates and times;
- the result of a test send.
6. Messaging and anti-spam rules
6.1 You must not use the Service to send:
- (a) unsolicited advertising or marketing;
- (b) Messages to lists that were bought, rented, borrowed, scraped or harvested;
- (c) Messages to people who have asked you not to contact them;
- (d) Messages unrelated to an event managed in the Service.
6.2 Where a Message is an advertisement under the Spam Law, it must comply with that law. That includes:
- consent;
- the Hebrew word for "advertisement" (pirsomet) where required;
- your identity and contact details;
- a free and simple way to refuse further Messages.
6.3 You must comply with the policies of the Channels as they apply to your Messages. These include the WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy and Commerce Policy, Meta's template rules, and the acceptable-use policies of our email providers (such as Amazon SES). We may tell you of specific requirements in the Service.
6.4 We may apply sending limits (daily quotas, batch sizes, test-send limits). We may delay, hold or refuse a send that appears to breach these Terms or a Channel policy, or that would endanger our sending reputation, phone numbers or accounts with the Channels.
7. Acceptable use
You must not, and must not let anyone else:
- (a) put unlawful, defamatory, discriminatory, obscene, threatening or infringing content into the Service;
- (b) use the Service to collect data about people without a lawful basis;
- (c) try to access other organizations' data or circumvent access controls, rate limits or plan limits;
- (d) probe, scan or load-test the Service without our written permission;
- (e) introduce malware;
- (f) copy, resell or reverse-engineer the Service, except as the law permits;
- (g) use the Service in breach of any law, including privacy, consumer protection and spam laws.
8. Suspension and termination
8.1 By us, immediately, where we reasonably believe that:
- you are sending spam or Messages without required consent;
- a Channel has complained or threatens action against us;
- your use creates a security risk or legal exposure for us or others;
- you have materially breached section 5, 6 or 7.
We may suspend sending, an event, or the account, and will tell you why promptly. Where the cause can be fixed, we will lift the suspension once it is fixed.
8.2 By us, on notice: for any other material breach you have not cured within 14 days of our notice. Also if we stop offering the Service, with at least 60 days' notice and a pro-rata refund of any prepaid fees for the unused period.
8.3 By you: at any time, by deleting your account in "My account".
8.4 Effect.
- Before deleting your account you can export your data ("Export account data").
- Deleting an account deletes its events and Attendee Data immediately.
- Backup copies are overwritten within 30 days.
- We keep records we are required to keep by law, such as invoices, and Message logs needed to establish who instructed a send.
- Sections 5, 10-16, 18 and 19 survive termination.
9. Plans, fees and payment
9.1 Trial plan. The trial plan is free. It has the limits shown in the Service (currently up to 20 attendees, test sends only, no automatic reminders).
9.2 Paid plans. The price, what it includes and its term are shown before you pay. Prices exclude VAT, which is added at the rate in force. Payment is made on our payment provider's secure page (Tranzila). Card details do not pass through snaper. We issue an invoice or receipt for each payment.
9.3 No refunds (business customers). Fees are non-refundable, except:
- as section 8.2 or section 17 provides;
- where the law requires a refund;
- where we agree otherwise.
If an invoice has already been issued, a refund is made against a credit note.
9.4 Consumers. If you are a consumer, you also have the cancellation rights under the Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981, and its regulations. Nothing in these Terms limits them.
10. Channels, delivery and availability
10.1 Messages are carried by third-party Channels that we do not control. They may:
- delay, filter, reject or fail to deliver Messages;
- mark them as spam;
- refuse or withdraw approval of WhatsApp templates;
- restrict or block sending numbers or accounts.
We do not guarantee that any Message will be delivered or read, or delivered by a particular time. The Service shows delivery statuses as reported by the Channels.
10.2 We aim to keep the Service available and working properly and use reasonable efforts to do so. We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may carry out maintenance, preferably at low-traffic times and with notice where practical.
10.3 Keep your own copy of important information. For example, export your attendee list before each event, and do not rely on a single reminder for critical information.
11. Intellectual property
11.1 snaper and its licensors own the Service, including its software, design and trademarks. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use it during your subscription, under these Terms.
11.2 You keep all rights in Event Content. You grant snaper a limited licence to host, copy, process, display and transmit Event Content only as needed to provide, secure and support the Service for you.
11.3 If you send us suggestions, we may use them without obligation to you.
12. Privacy and data protection
12.1 Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data. That covers data about Organizers, for which snaper is the controller, and Attendee Data, which we process for you.
12.2 Schedule A (Data Processing Addendum) governs our processing of Attendee Data on your behalf.
13. Disclaimer
Except as expressly stated in these Terms and to the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We make no other warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted operation, or delivery of Messages.
14. Limitation of liability
14.1 No indirect loss. Neither party is liable for indirect, consequential or special damages, nor for loss of profit, revenue, business, goodwill or data. This includes loss arising from an event that did not take place or was attended by fewer people than expected.
14.2 Cap. snaper's total liability for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service, in contract, tort or otherwise, is limited to the fees you paid snaper in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the first claim. If you are on the trial plan or have paid nothing in that period, the cap is ₪100.
14.3 Conditions of a claim. snaper is liable for damage only to the extent that the claimant shows both of the following:
- (a) the damage was directly caused by a defect or failure in the Service itself, and not by Event Content, recipient lists, Organizer instructions or settings, a Channel, the Attendee's device or connection, or other matters outside snaper's control;
- (b) the damage could not have been avoided by reasonable care on the Organizer's part.
Reasonable care includes reviewing the preview and the test send available under section 5.9, checking recipient lists, Message content and send times, and keeping an exported list as section 10.3 recommends.
14.4 Notice and mitigation. You must notify us in writing of any claim within a reasonable time after becoming aware of it, and in any event within 6 months. You must also take reasonable steps to mitigate the damage. This section does not shorten any limitation period that the law does not allow to be shortened.
14.5 Exceptions. Sections 14.1-14.4 do not limit liability for:
- (a) wilful misconduct or fraud;
- (b) gross negligence;
- (c) death or bodily injury caused by negligence;
- (d) any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law, including the non-waivable rights of a consumer.
Section 14.2 does not limit your obligations under sections 9 (fees) and 15 (indemnity).
15. Indemnity by the Organizer
15.1 You will indemnify and compensate snaper, its directors, employees and service providers against claims, demands, fines and statutory damages brought by third parties or authorities, together with reasonable legal costs, to the extent they arise from:
- (a) Event Content;
- (b) Attendee Data you imported or collected, or your use of it;
- (c) Messages sent through your account, including claims under the Spam Law or by a Channel, and claims that a recipient had not consented or had refused;
- (d) your breach of sections 5, 6 or 7, or of a Channel's policy;
- (e) your event itself.
15.2 We will notify you promptly of a claim and let you take part in its defence, and in its settlement where the claim is against you as well. We will not settle a claim in a way that imposes liability on you without your consent, which you may not withhold unreasonably. Delay in notice reduces your obligation only to the extent the delay harmed you.
15.3 Section 15.1 does not apply to the extent the claim results from snaper's breach of these Terms or of Schedule A.
16. Force majeure
Neither party is liable for a delay or failure caused by events beyond its reasonable control. Examples:
- war, hostilities, terror, emergency regulations or a call-up of reserves;
- strike;
- epidemic;
- natural disaster;
- failure of power, internet or hosting infrastructure;
- an outage or policy change of a Channel;
- an act of government.
The affected party must notify the other and take reasonable steps to resume performance. Payment obligations for services already provided are not excused.
17. Changes to these Terms
17.1 We may update these Terms, for example to reflect new features, changes in law, or Channel requirements.
17.2 For changes that materially reduce your rights or increase your obligations, we will give at least 30 days' notice by email and in the Service before they apply. Where a change is required by law or a Channel, we will give as much notice as we reasonably can.
17.3 If you do not agree to a material change, you may close your account before it takes effect. You will then receive a pro-rata refund of fees prepaid for the unused part of a paid term. Your continued use after the effective date is acceptance. For material changes, we will ask you to accept again in the Service.
17.4 Other changes, such as clarifications or new features, take effect when published. The version and effective date appear at the top of these Terms.
18. Notices
We may send notices to the email address of the account owner and display them in the Service. Send notices to us at support@telluric.solutions or Gizu 38, Gizu, Israel.
19. Governing law and jurisdiction
19.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
19.2 The competent courts in Tel Aviv-Jaffa have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service.
19.3 If you are a consumer, nothing in these Terms deprives you of the protection of mandatory consumer law or of your right to sue in a court that has jurisdiction under the law.
20. General
20.1 These Terms, the Privacy Policy and Schedule A are the entire agreement about the Service. They replace earlier terms. They do not replace a separate signed agreement with us, which prevails where it says so.
20.2 You may not assign these Terms without our consent. We may assign them to an affiliate or to a successor to our business, with notice.
20.3 If a court finds any provision invalid or unduly disadvantageous, that provision will be read down to the extent necessary or removed, and the rest remains in force.
20.4 A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
