Privacy policy
Version 2026-10-v2 · in effect from 12 October 2026
1. Who we are and whose data this is
snaper is a tool for planning corporate events: presentations, workshop days and tours. It is operated by Telluric Solutions Ltd. (company no. 517365748) ("snaper", "we").
- Attendee data. The organization that runs an event (the organizer) decides whom to invite and what to send. It owns the database of its attendees, that is, it is the controller. snaper stores and processes attendee data on the organizer's behalf and under its instructions. For questions about an event, or about how an organizer uses your details, contact the organizer. You can also contact us and we will pass your request on.
- Organizer account data. For the accounts of organizers and their team members, snaper is responsible for the data.
2. What we collect
Organizer accounts:
- name;
- email address;
- optional phone number (for account recovery);
- a one-way hash of the password, or a Google account identifier if you sign in with Google;
- the organization (workspace) and team role;
- billing details needed for invoices (name, email, company name and number).
Events:
- title, date and time, venue, program sessions and speakers;
- event site text and images;
- access settings;
- event codes and the client companies they were issued to;
- pickup points.
Attendees:
- name, phone number, email address and company;
- how they registered (invited by the organizer, through the event site, or with an event code) and which code was used;
- registration status and number of people;
- meal choices;
- the pickup point chosen for a tour;
- free-text notes the attendee or organizer adds.
Where the organizer chooses to ask, we also collect:
- dietary preferences and allergies;
- accessibility or seating needs (for example wheelchair access).
These are health-related details. Provide them only if you want the organizer to take them into account.
Personal links: each attendee gets a private link to their registration page. The organizer can also create links for client-company coordinators (which show registrations made with their code), and for seating and venue screens (which show names, seats, and meal, allergy and accessibility summaries). Anyone holding one of these links can open the page it leads to.
Message log: which WhatsApp or email message was sent to which attendee, when, through which provider, and its delivery status.
Technical data:
- server logs (IP address, browser, time, page) kept for security and troubleshooting;
- the cookies listed in section 8.
3. Why we use it
We use data only to provide the service:
- letting organizers plan events, manage registrations, check attendees in and seat them;
- showing attendees their registration, program and pickup details;
- sending the invitations, reminders and messages the organizer schedules or sends;
- preventing duplicate sends and diagnosing delivery problems;
- securing the service and preventing abuse, including rate limits and detecting spam;
- billing organizers and keeping records the law requires.
We do not sell data, show advertising, or use attendee data to market our own services.
4. Who receives it
The organizer and the people the organizer gives access to:
- team members;
- company coordinators (registrations made with their code);
- holders of seating or venue links.
Service providers who process data for us under contract, only as needed to run the service:
| provider | purpose | data |
|---|---|---|
| Amazon Web Services (EU, Frankfurt) | servers and database | all service data |
| Meta Platforms (WhatsApp Business / Cloud API) | delivering WhatsApp messages | phone number, message content, delivery status |
| whapi.cloud | WhatsApp sending gateway | phone number, message content |
| Amazon Web Services (SES), EU | delivering email | email address, message content, delivery events |
| "Sign in with Google" for organizers | the organizer's Google name, email and account id | |
| Tranzila | card payments on its secure page; card details never pass through snaper | the organizer's payment details |
| Anthropic (Claude) — only when an organizer uses the AI writing helper | text suggestions | the text submitted |
We may also disclose data where the law requires it, or to protect the rights and safety of users or the public.
5. Transfers outside Israel
Some providers above process data outside Israel, including in the EU (where our servers are hosted) and the United States. We transfer data only as permitted by the Privacy Protection (Transfer of Data to Databases Abroad) Regulations, 5761-2001.
6. How long we keep it
- By default, about 6 months after the event date, we anonymise: - attendee names and phone numbers; - meal, dietary and allergy details; - companion names; - free-text notes; - activity-feed entries.
- Totals (such as how many people registered) remain, without personal details.
- Other registration details (email address, company) stay until the organizer deletes them or the account.
- Message-log entries stay as long as the account exists. They contain no phone number or email address, and after anonymisation they no longer identify the attendee.
- An organizer can export all account data or delete the account at any time. Deleting an account deletes its events and attendee data immediately. Backup copies are overwritten within 30 days.
- We keep invoices and payment records for as long as tax law requires (generally 7 years).
7. Security
- Passwords are stored only as one-way hashes.
- All traffic is encrypted over HTTPS.
- Each organization's data is isolated from other organizations at the database level (row-level security).
- Personal links are long random tokens.
- Sign-in and other public forms are rate-limited.
No system is perfectly secure. If a security incident affects your data, we will notify the organizer and, where the law requires, the Privacy Protection Authority and affected people.
8. Cookies
We use only cookies the service needs. We use no advertising or third-party tracking cookies, and no analytics.

rsvp_event | remembers the event selected in the organizer area |
