Plan the program. Fill the room. Run the day.

snaper schedules corporate presentations, workshop days and tours. Every event gets its own site, open to the public catalog or reserved for client companies with event codes. People register in under a minute, and reminders, check-in and rider lists run themselves.

Event site and access

Every event gets its own site. You decide who gets in.

Open and closed are one switch. Publishing the site is another. Change either at any time.

An event site, ready to share

Title, date, place, seats left, the full program or itinerary and a register button. Built from what you already entered, in Hebrew or English.

Open events: listed in the catalog

Open events appear in the public catalog, filtered by kind and date. Anyone can read the site and register until the seats run out.

Closed events: a code per client company

Closed events stay out of the catalog. Issue an event code to each company, with a seat limit and an expiry. Their HR coordinator gets a read-only page with the count.

Built on a proven engine

Everything after the registration is already solved

snaper runs on an attendance engine that has carried real events end to end.

A personal link for every attendee

No app and no password. The link shows the registration, the program, the ride and the check-in QR, and lets people change or cancel.

WhatsApp and email reminders

Schedule invitations and reminders once. They go out on time, only to the people who still need them.

Check-in at the door

Scan the personal QR or search by name. The live count shows who arrived and who is still on the way.

Rider lists for tours

Riders pick a pickup point when they register. Print one list per pickup point and per bus.

A live registration board

Registrations by source: catalog, event code or invitation. Seats left, per company, at a glance.

Your data, exportable

Export attendees to a spreadsheet at any time. Personal details are deleted automatically after the event.

How it works

From an empty calendar to a full room in four steps

  1. Pick a kind, build the program

Presentation, workshop day or tour. Add sessions, breaks, meals or ride legs on a timeline.

  2. Publish the site

Open it to the catalog, or keep it closed and issue a code to each client company.

  3. People register in a minute

Name, phone and email, a pickup point on tours. Each registration gets a personal link.

  4. Remind, check in, report

Reminders go out by themselves. On the day, check people in and follow the live count.

Questions

What else would you like to know?

Do attendees need an app or an account?

No. They register on the event site and get a personal link by WhatsApp or email. It opens in the phone browser. No app, no password.

Is it a monthly subscription?

No. You pay once per event (299 ₪). That covers the site, the registrations, every message and reminder, and the check-in.

What is the difference between an open and a closed event?

An open event is listed in the public catalog and anyone can register. A closed event is not listed: only invited people or holders of an event code can register.

How do event codes work?

You create a code for each client company, with an optional seat limit and expiry. The company forwards it to its employees, who enter it at /join. Its coordinator sees how many registered.

Can a tour have several pickup points?

Yes. Each rider picks a pickup point when registering, and you print a rider list per point. The ride legs appear in the itinerary on the event site.

Which languages are supported?

Hebrew and English, for you and for your attendees. The event content stays in the language you wrote it in.
